Our fee structure
We charge a fixed fee which includes VAT at time of taking instructions. The agreed fixed fee will be stated in writing at the outset. Our professional fees does not include disbursement such as Home Office fees, Immigration Health Surcharge, travel, Counsel fees, tribunal appeal fees, translation of documents, ground of appeal etc.
The agreed fee fixed covers all work until the decision is made by the Home office on the application or by the Judge.
Client who cannot afford to pay our fee in full at the time of instruction, can pay half of it at the time of instruction and the rest by monthly instalment in any event fees must be paid in full before the Home Office or Judge makes decision or within 2 months of instructing us. Once we commence work, fee is not refundable and if the client transfers to another provider, our fee must be paid in full before we release client’s file to the chosen provider.
One off consultation fee
We charge £80.00 inclusive of VAT for up to an hour (Session can last any amount of time not exceeding an hour) in our premises.
We charge £100.00 inclusive of VAT for up to an hour outside the office (Session can last any amount time not exceeding an hour) Note: Fee excludes disbursement.
We charge £80.00 inclusive of VAT for up to an hour telephone consultation within office hours.
We charge £100.00 inclusive of VAT for up to an hour telephone consultation outside office hours.
