Your information will be held for as long as it is necessary and reasonable to do so, for clients your personal information will be kept in line with our statutory obligations. At the conclusion of your case, we will retain the file for 6 years as it required by the solicitors regulations authority, After this period your file will be destroyed also any information we hold on you electronically.

We use a secure link for the transmission of information. We also have intrusion detection system in place provided by out#r website provider. We can not ensure the security of information passed over the internet and it is at your own risk to use this medium.
